Other Important Party Info: Because this party is taking place in the parking lot, the lot will be closed starting Sunday morning for set-up. This will affect parking for Sunday classes, so please be advised you may need to allow yourself extra time to find street or paid lot parking. Cars left in the lot from Saturday night that are not moved by 7 am on Sunday will be towed to make room for water slides and party things. You can learn more and RSVP on the Facebook event (click here). INTRODUCING BUDDY & VIP PASSES At the last two Town Halls, y'all have mentioned wanted the option to purchase a "buddy" pass that can be used for friends that come to a lot of shows with you. Well, the time has come! This week, we will be creating links to purchase buddy and/or VIP passes. Both passes are good for a year. What's the difference? Here's the scoop: Buddy Passes can be purchased by student and performers and basically act as a student or performer ID for someone who is not enrolled in classes. As a student or performer, you can give this ID to one person, or hold on to it and use it among a few friends on different nights or for different shows. The ID is good for one ticket per show, pending availability. Just like a student or performer ID, if a show is sold-out, the Buddy Pass will not work to get a seat in the show. VIP Passes, on the other hand, guarantee a seat to DCH shows when presented at the Box Office. The only shows VIP passes are not eligible for are Dallas Comedy Festival shows or other outside shows put on at DCH where DCH is merely the host and not producer (ex: Mortified). Prices for the passes are $150 for a Buddy Pass and $285 for a VIP Pass. That's just 10 shows for the Buddy Pass to pay for itself! That's basically one weekend of shows! Be on the look-out for more information.
